Bicentennial Park
NC Hwy. 24, at the base of the bridge
Swansboro, NC
The Bicentennial Park on Swansboro's waterfront contains a life-size statue of Otway Burns, Swansboro's favorite privateer from the War of 1812, and a memorial to Theophilus Weeks, founder of the town. It's the perfect place to fish from the seawall, play or simply sit and enjoy the beauty of the White Oak River.
