Bicentennial Park
NC Hwy. 24, at the base of the bridge
Swansboro, NC

The Bicentennial Park  on Swansboro's waterfront contains a life-size statue of Otway Burns, Swansboro's favorite privateer from the War of 1812, and a memorial to Theophilus Weeks, founder of the town. It's the perfect place to fish from the sea wall, play or simply sit and enjoy the beauty of the White Oak River.
